Physician Alert: New HIPAA Compliance Process For Radiology Dictation System Begins Monday, Aug. 24

HIPAA-COMPLIANCE CHANGE for RADIOLOGY REPORTS

Beginning Monday, August 24, the process for listening to radiology reports will change.

1. Call the radiology listen line directly at x43622
2. Hit 1, followed by your 4 digit dictation # to hear Seton reports.
3. You can then search by accession # by hitting 1 or by medical record # by hitting 2.

If you call Austin Radiological Association (ARA) to be patched in to the dictation, they will direct you to access the system with your own ID #.
