Thomas Gallagher
Tom Gallagher leads the three hospitals collectively known as the South Market for the Seton Family of Hospitals. He joined the Seton Family as chief financial officer in 1983 after 12 years with a national independent accounting firm. After serving as Seton's CFO for 14 years, he assumed the role of senior vice president for Business Development. Currently he oversees Seton Medical Center Hays in Kyle, Seton Southwest Hospital in southern Travis County and Seton Edgar B. Davis in Luling.
In addition, he is responsible for the evaluation and development of all Seton joint venture opportunities and governance oversight of those joint venture operations, legal services, real estate transactions and medical office building development and operations.
A Certified Public Accountant, Tom received his undergraduate degree in accounting from Indiana University. He serves as the chair of the Austin Community College Foundation Board of Trustees, is a board member of the Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce and represents the Seton Family on several joint venture governing boards.

Neal Kelley, RN, FACHE
Neal Kelley was licensed as an RN in 1991 and has a strong practice background in emergency nursing. He began leading Seton Edgar B. Davis in 1996 following numerous other professional leadership roles. He works extensively in rural healthcare development, community partnerships and access for the uninsured. He attended The University of Texas at Austin with a double major in Nursing and Biological Sciences. Neal serves on the board of directors for Community Action of Hays, Caldwell and Blanco Counties; Golden Age Home; and the Community Health Coalition of Caldwell County.

Renu Mohandas, MD
Dr. Renu Mohandas has 18 years of experience in the healthcare field. She currently works as a full time solo internist in a busy practice that she owns in Lockhart, Texas, where she has been for the last 10 years. She also functions as a hospitalist at the Seton Edgar B. Davis Hospital in Luling, Texas. She served as the Medical Director for the Golden Age Nursing Home in Lockhart for six years.
Dr. Mohandas completed her medical school studies at the Christian Medical College and Hospital in Vellore, India. She has had extensive experience in community based medicine and has worked in the fields of leprosy, tuberculosis and preventive medicine in rural India.
She graduated from the internal medicine residency program at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in El Paso, Texas and is board certified in Internal Medicine.

Apryl Haynes, RN, MHA
Apryl joined Seton Edgar B. Davis Hospital in 1983 and has served in a variety of roles, including EMT, LVN and RN. She has experience in Emergency Medical Services, Emergency Department and Ambulatory Specialty Clinic. She directs the Med-Surg, Emergency Department, Surgery and Gastrointestinal areas and has executive responsibilities. She is a member of the Advisory Board of the Victoria (Texas) School of Nursing and of the Greater San Antonio Nurse Executive Board.
