Gary Piefer, MD, began his healthcare career as a pharmacist, owning and operating three pharmacies in his 20's. He later attended The University of Texas Medical School at Houston and came to Austin to complete a family practiceresidency with Central Texas Medical Foundation. Dr. Piefer had been in solo practice for two years when the Austin Diagnostic Clinic began its primary care effort and he made the move to join ADC. During this time he had theopportunity to create and implement a delivery system directed by primary care physicians. Dr. Piefer was the Director of Seton Heatlh Partners and currently serves as the Medical Director for Seton Regional Health Services.

Dr. Cathy L. Gross

Chief of Staff - SETON Cedar Park/Pflugerville

Before coming to SETON, Dr. Gross worked in a private practice in San Antonio. She graduated from the University of Texas with degrees in biology and chemistry and received her MD from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. 

Dr. Gross is a member of the American Medical Association, American Society of Anesthesiologists, Texas Society of Anesthesiologists, Texas Medical Association and the Travis County Medical Association.
