The Seton Topfer Community Health Center provides primary care within walking distance for the many families in the surrounding area. Opened in March 2000, the 10,000 square foot center offers low-income residents primary care, pharmacy, laboratory, case management, and health education services. As with SETON's other community health centers, Seton Topfer offers services on a sliding-fee scale, based on the patient's ability to pay. The center was made possible by the generous $1 million gift from Austin philanthropists Angela and Mort Topfer. Bus route #s: 1, 240, 242 |
