Accessing COMPASS

Provider COMPASS accounts are automatically created upon completion of the credentialing process via Medical Staff Support Services (MSO). The account information is emailed to the provider.

Provider office staff may request COMPASS access by completing the Account Request form.

Technical Requirements for a computer to access COMPASS

Windows

Windows Operating Systems:

  • Windows 10, 32-bit and 64-bit editions
  • Windows 8.1, 32-bit and 64-bit editions
  • Windows 8, 32-bit and 64-bit editions
  • Windows 7, 32-bit and 64-bit editions
  • Windows Vista, 32-bit and 64-bit editions (Minimum)

Citrix Receiver for Windows (32/64 Bit):

  • Citrix Receiver for Windows 4.3.100
  • Citrix Receiver for Windows 4.2
  • Citrix Receiver for Windows 4.1

Browsers:

  • Internet Explorer 10 (32-bit mode)
  • Internet Explorer 9 (32-bit mode)
  • Internet Explorer 8 (32-bit mode) (Minimum)
