Ascension Seton's CDE Program is designed to coach and support physicians and related medical providers in generating complete and accurate documentation in the medical record. This documentation translates into data which forms the foundation for all health care information exchange, including publically reported practice profiles and reimbursement, as well as enables the highest quality of care for patients. CDE Specialists provide hip-support, develop education, review medical records and generate queries to facilitate better clinical documentation for better health outcomes
